The Queen turned 90 in 2016, and naturally, she was showered with wonderful presents. Among them was a maple tree that she got from Toronto's St. George Society, one of the nation's oldest charitable institutions.

It appears that many people chose to give the Queen a tree as a present for her 90th birthday. According to the Telegraph, Queen Elizabeth II received a tree from the Church Army, the Royal Horticultural Society, and the Royal Forestry Society, in addition to the St. George Society in Toronto.
